4. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Payments for services are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Specific payment terms will be agreed upon before commencing any work.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, Wayforweb reserves the right to suspend or delay project delivery until payment is made.
• Additional Costs: Any additional work outside the scope of the initial project will be subject to additional charges. Such changes will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

5. Project Timeline & Deliverables

• Timeliness: Wayforweb strives to deliver your project on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Client Cooperation: The timely delivery of the project is dependent on the client’s cooperation, including providing necessary materials, approvals, and feedback.
• Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, all deliverables, including source files and project assets, will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Once payment is received in full, the intellectual property rights to the website and any related materials will be transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in the project agreement.
• Wayforweb’s Rights: Wayforweb retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Termination by Wayforweb: Wayforweb reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet the agreed terms, including payment obligations or cooperation requirements.
• Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, Wayforweb may stop all work on the project and withhold any deliverables until outstanding payments are received.
